WORLDWIDE DELIVERY
Before placing your order you have to click on the website “order now” if you wish delivery to (1) Germany, (2) EU-Countries, or (3)“Rest of the world”. To order with delivery to South Africa, please visit our South African website: www.mostsouther.co.za. Your choice determines the delivery costs and currency applicable.
CONTRACT CONCLUSION
By ordering any merchandise offered by us on the internet via electronic channels, our customer bindingly declares himself willing to purchase the merchandise ordered. We immediately confirm the receipt of the order by forwarding a confirmation mail to our customer. This confirmation only serves the purpose to inform our customer about the receipt of the order. The confirmation of receipt does not represent a binding acceptance of the order. Acceptance can either be declared in writing or by delivering the merchandise to the customer.
PRICES
The prices shown on the Website are stated in Euro and exclude delivery charges. The prices indicated are prices per piece. VAT is included in the purchase price for Germany and EU-Countries. Prices for the “Rest of the world” are excluding VAT. Prices are as listed at the time of order.

CONDITIONS OF PAYMENT
The preferred payment method is PayPal, worldwide and for all currencies accepted.
RETENTION OF TITLE
We retain ownership of the merchandise until full payment of the purchase price has been made.
WARRANTY
The legal warranty claims apply. We strongly recommend following the instruction while applying the Table Mountain Sticker.
DATA PROTECTION/PRIVACY AGREEMENT
With your order, you agree that we store your data deriving from this business transaction, and transfer and process them within the scope of commercial necessities. The data provided will be handled in confidence and subsequent to the terms of prevailing data protection guidelines.
CANCELLATION
The contract partner can revoke the declaration of contract within two weeks in written form (e.g. letter, fax, email) or by returning the item without giving reasons. The period begins upon receipt of this notification in written form (e.g. letter, fax, email), but not before receipt of the goods nor before we have fulfilled our obligations to provide information. We refer to the GTCT before sending the order.
